Wycliffe Bible Translator's motivation is that each person should have and be able to read God's Word in their own language. To that end, members work in unwritten languages, and with people from all parts of the world. Wycliffe's goal is not just the translated Word of God, but the translated Word of God in use. Therefore the primary focus of the Wycliffe task is translation and literacy. To achieve this is a team effort, and requires the assistance of people with many skills who are willing to dedicate their lives and talents to be used of God to complete the task.
